    These guys showed up on one stock screener and it definitely caught my attention.

    P/E Ratio of 3.21
    P/B Ratio of 0.30
    PEG Ratio of 0

    Their revenues seem to be stable for the last decade. Is this a value trap or a potential gold mine?

    What exactly does the company do? Because I don't really understand that.
