A farmer that I know still sells fat milk at the farm gate. I know he imports it from the Co-op but he seems to do good business. Little dear but as fat as you cen get pasturised milk :-)

Big deparment stores are only interested in killing the small players.
I know the big Italian owns quite a few co_ops.
