It would be so much better if VC can supply coldry to Victorian power stations instead of exporting it. This way, rail and port infrustructure issues wouldn't matter.
Now why aren't Victorian power stations embracing coldry?
More importantly, why isn't the Victorian Government legislating coldry usage?
Hasn't ECT told us that coldry is the most viable solution to reduce Victoria's carbon emissions to legislated levels?
