Koshi had good review this morning on ACTUAL property decline not just spruikers. He's finally decided to join the enlightened (he was there I think just not saying anything!).
This fact is NOW permeating mainstream - SAVERS HERE AT LAST! Not consuming our kids future!
Property prices in capital cities are going down and havent gone up since 2007!
He will continue tommorrow after 7 (7.10) - worth watching.
A house is a home to live in NOT an investment thats how it used to be pre 2000.
Its going back to that.
Slow decline over the next 20 years just like Japan, Germany, Switzerland.
Smaller energy efficient houses not airconditioning guzzler mac Mansions GET REAL think of our kids!
