Beats me. Austpac will be the 'Black Caviar' of the 4Q trading season. A seasoned campaigner who has been running in the pack for some time; she now has a new trainer, lots of new US financial backing and a highly-fancied engineer on board. Pound-for-pound, he's the best chemical engineer on the paddock.

Austpac comes from a power-house racing stable in Newcastle. From 'Rutile Lad' out of 'Aussie-Ore', she is looking forward to a busy Spring Trading carnival, and is already attracting off-shore money to her syndicates. Get in quickly before the Arab and Japanese enthusiasts grab all the cheap share offerings.
