Hi Chok,
Have posted previously about the geographic hurdles to ORD's proposal.
The railway to China everyone mentions, doesn't go anywhere near Ord's deposits[that is apart from the fact that it is on hold while the previous Chinese railway minister sorts out his corruption issues].
Vietnam makes a bit more sense, but I wonder how helpful they will be, with bauxite of their own which would probably like a home in China?
