if you're hinting that the DERM website would be updated - a. they wouldnt release it pre TH for obvious reasons - b. they are a government body - 4pm would be knockoff time for workers as they have trains ect that they can't be late for so the release might come tomorrow if it's the EIS. (second point is tongue in cheek)
