Of course I could be reading too much into it as it could be said that Frazer is already a partnering as Prima is partnered with the Queensland Science Institute for Oral Gardasil development work which Frazer is already CEO of.
But the placement / SPP whilst not surprising does seem to be taking more shape now and could be announced in the um, well near um, dare I say it "imminent" maybe :-)
