Sorry Mike while we will all take advantage of any opportunity that comes our way, I would not wish financial harm on anyone here. But some of the comments on this thread are doing just that. Sure I am sure some of the people mentioned here bragged about their property investments, just like many here have probably bragged about their share or other investments - but there is not need to wish financial ill will on them.
