Refer my post of yesterday. PRR's PR (Public Relations) need to improve.
The company should be more aware of how things work especially with respect to the SP during an SPP.
They should have let the SP spike in anticipation of a cap raising. They did not. Last time it went from 17 cents to 27 cents before the SPP announcement, because of srong rumors. They should have let it run this time too.
Alas.
