piotrvip agree that st sp will most probably drift down during the spp and could be below the spp price of 28c. I watched this recently with one of my oilers that also had good announcements in the wings. The price may well start to drift back up prior to you having confirmation of your allotment.
Its all about risk and what your appetite is.
Me I am holding as I have for 20 months and will most probably liquidate some poor performers which I intended to do going into June 30 and go for the $15k.
