sunrise - property price plunge, page-49

Matt747, i have been posting bearishly for a similar time (back to early last year) and I strongly recall all the flak from the bulls, the reasons, the undersupply, the strong economy etc, all the many reasons why housing wouldn't fall.

These are the same reasons that i'd hear just in general conversations with friends and part of my family, funny how they all now accept that prices can go down a little bit where as a year ago going flat was the only possible outcome...

I can't wait to see how this plays out. I wrote previously that we missed out on a property at the weekend, well the gf and I have decided to move out but rent for 12 months, keep looking for something that ticks our boxes at a reasonable price. Forget the pain and suffering, i'm hoping for a fall, especially for those who scoffed at me last year when i said prices could go down over 10%...
