JPM's holdings are traded on behalf of clients, so they say, and on last check this equalled about 35%

When a substancial holder buys or sells (a percentage, not sure of the count) they are required by ASX rules to put out an announcement of the change and the number on or off.

It would not surprise me that by doing the dealings by/for clients, this could be used as a front to avoid such disclosures.

With what we have come to realise about the manipulation of silver over the last few years, nothing would surprise me anymore. I did question the motives of JPM and Co. about a month ago on here without much of a response.

I have no doubt that some entities with many faces throughout the world could orgnaise forward sales contracts that may not be too good for shareholders.

As recently as this morning there are accusations that JPM et al are now having or excercising control over bullion wharehouses. This breaches conflict rules and is being looked at (apparently)

I have allways worried about something that seems too good to be true but felt AYN may be the lifetime exception. Hummmmmm.

    We shall see.

Perhaps today I am just sufferring from the "wall of worry" syndrome.
