rights issue's are not always taken up if the shares are trading close or below to the rights offer price,,too risky to subscribe if the stock is trading on market at the offer price, easier to try buy on market for offer price or below if possible,,,Looks like UCL shares traded close to 1 cent about a week before close of offer,,,,I think it did well with the about that was taken up considering the situation....looks good to me...

Low cost Phoshate, plenty of it, and potential for the Iran project which I believe UCL has already invested over 20 mill in it over the past few years,,,Not sure actual amount sorry,,,Phosphate prices are going up, trouble in middle east could effect supply,,,we need more food thus more fertilizer...
