    The only way a CR will work, will be drilling Surprise, Surely theirs more than enough cash left to finish 1 hole, If its full of Oil like he says it is, Then i don't see a problem with a CR, at least it will be done at a higher SP.

    IMO, A JV wont happen until he comes up with the goods,
