The worst part is that management will probably not reply, those of us on here that vote no to the resolutions will probably be just a flash in the pan compared to those who either vote yes or not at all.
So essentially the resolutions get through with just a few of us kicking up a stink which they choose to ignore. Their buddies at TRF vote it through as well making it almost imposssible for us to stop.
Production starts and in 12 months time when its all been issued and completed, it will probably be forgotten. Thats where the problem lies, they can choose to ignore us, get their own way and we're just gunna have to wear it.
I had reasonable respect for Ian based on the work and effort he'd put in to get IFE to minimal dilution producer but hes lost quite a bit of that respect at the moment. Unless he can reply to my email with some logical reasoning or they amend the resolutions, i'll be a lot more inclined to take profits when/if they present.
