Have I read it correctly that the last line of it means that 35% of the Capital must be owned by Cameroon citizens?
Would that mean 35% by Cameroon Citizens, 51% by SDL and the remainder Chinese or have I totally misinterpretted this?

If I have please don't ridicule me, I'm just asking a question. More than happy to be wrong and admit it.
