Do not kid yourself that if the Notes are repaid we will not see investors buying in, this is a game of brinkmanship being played out. Pressure is being heaped on management by shareholders with our communiques & by the ever-declining share price, & that same management know what the Company should be currently valued at - close to one dollar - & are under great pressure to get the share price to reflect this.
Yes we have debt but it is all easily repayable over the (very conservative) LOM with huge profits on top, & is all owed to our largest shareholder & single customer who are not going to call in the loans. We will have a capital restructure soon to address the loans.
The stock went to single digit status on no selling volume whatever, this tells us there is no real selling pressure, yet buyers are aware we will likely hear nothing prior to the AGM so they have several days to try & get in lower. Also the stock is hardly being publicized is it, this will change if they sort the Notes?
The lower it goes the greater the need for Notes repayment as conversion will be useless, even more so conversion & a new issue to other investors to maintain Jinchuan at 50%. They must see that the only way we attain fair value is to repay the Notes thereby bringing the investment community onside.
We all have the option to either sell up or hang in there, betting on red or black coming up on the roulette wheel. We now have a major chance to influence the outcome of that wheel spin, however - contact the Company & request they repay the Notes from cash! Once the news comes getting in at these prices will not be an option.
