I don't buy what you're selling eagle. Most of the stimulus was actually spent well after the GFC had passed. Yet they continued on their merry way, recklessly dropping printed money from the Ruddicopter. The $900 handout was great for retailers (mainly the big ones) for about 2 months. I am sure Gerry Harvey sent Wayne Swan a Xmas card in 2008.
