First mention of Indonesia that I can recall.

Indonesia is blessed with good coal deposits and burdened with being an archipelago nation, made up of 17,508 islands.

What a nightmare providing electricity to such a dispersed nation ... many islands would be supplied by expensive diesel generators and the like.

What a great fit UCG would be if small say 20-60 MW syngas fired power stations could be developed for the larger islands.

Roll out the distributed syngas model and you have the arrival of cheap power for a number of those islands and economies of project replication and scale for Cougar.
