    Firstly the suburb I am looking at is called Willetton.
    Secondly Loobs what medication are you on? The house is $635k and you are saying offer $505k?? I mean cmon.... Loobs drugs are not good for u! Willetton surely wont drop 20% so please dont make silly comments!
