Now I AM confused.
What you have just said was exactly what we have been saying!
Funny that, we were agreeing all along!

My impression was that you thought that the EGM ratification was NOT because this issue took us over the 15%, but because APG wanted to "wipe the slate clean" in order to be able to issue ANOTHER 15% if it so wished without the hassle of needing our approval.

We were in fact arguing that the EGM was needed precisely for the reason you have just stated - that the current issue took us over the 15% mark (albeit probably not by much) and so made it a legal requirement, but that no more would be likely to be issued for some time now that funding for the plant upgrade was in.

If I have misunderstood then I am sorry but this just doesn't seem to correlate with what you seemed to be saying before....

Anyway, I think the whole thing has dragged on too long.
As you said elsewhere, Time will tell (as it always does - that's why I never tell Time any of my secrets....)
