Reading this thread, I see no discount factor that the offtake agreement has been signed off on. 20% is my guess.
Also that strip ratio 2:1 obviously does not include dirt moved in developement. With Rocklands running at only approx 30 metres wide yet 200 metres deep .... well problematic it is and 2:1 could/will pale into reality.
