Seems like BM is trying to keep his status quo of major shareholder in place.
I don't see where Macquarie Bank has been sellling down 6% on the market. It appears to me that they still have a block of 27,000,000 shares, but that their percentage of voting rights has been reduced, due to BM's take-up of a huge chunck of shares at 12 cents.
