I seriously doubt BM's little dabble into 100k of shares would reduce MQG's holding by 5%.

It is true that the notice seems to be saying that MQG hasn't sold any shares though. My guess is that they, for some reason, were issued shares before the rest of the investors and have now been "diluted" as a result of the raising. i.e. it is a technical issue and they never really had 14% in the first place (only for a couple of days due to timing). I am only guessing as it is still a bit strange, but it certainly doesn't look like they are selling.
