    Those 10,000+ holders are the one selling now out of frustration...

    That is the point , they don't have big institutional holders because SP is too low for them to hold & SP is not going up because they keep raising money at cheap prices. It's a catch 22 situation & they are still doing the same. Why can't they find cornerstone investor to invest in a big way if they have good projects in pipeline.
