Ian has certainly been very cunning and deceptive the way he has snuck these resolutions in. Timing the announcement just after the floating harbour announcement saving $20 per tonne in costs hoping when spirits were high, attention would be taken away from the purpose of the meeting.
Well, he has underestimated HC holders and the fact he doesn't even have the decency to respond to correspondence speaks volumes about his character.
