IMO it's a different ballgame when it's the Chinese lending to the Chinese.

I've been to China a few times (as some of you might remember I got married there) and in my experience all goods, and services such as electricity and gas are paid for BEFORE you receive them which is the opposite of western custom where you receive your goods first. And pay later.......(or not at all.)

I don't know whether this custom also hold true for big business but it's as though SARCO's said "Show me the money!"
