How many S/H u got so far? (the total number of shares of shareholders who would vote no for this deal).

You have my sympathy. However, in these situations S/H are powerless. Anyone remember a case where regular shareholders were able to make a change? I do not think this ever happend and there are hundreds of spec companies listed in asx with a similar situation. For this kind of a change you need an insittution who owns at least 10% and also provide high profile personnels to replace the directors and some connections. The role of the retail shareholders is to be the milking cow.
