I will be voting AGAINST the director options and increase in fees.

They need to put some runs on the board first and the options need to be stagged, say 4 cents, 7 cents and 10 cents.

The directors working towards a 4 cent price in three years, won't be too hard to achieve.

I am not prepared to give them at this stage an eight fold bonus on top of their salary.

I will be voting AGAINST and I encourage all other shareholders to do the same. Proxy foprm needs to be with the company by 11 June 2011.
