Some may disagree but IMO there is smart money lurking. That 25 million at 4c is obviously a tactic to gravitate the price towards there, or at least halfway. You always bid lower than you expect to pay.
Back to my point, you have to have decent collateral to be able to place a $1 million order. I can place an order for a T + 1, but not that large unless I own $1 million in stock. I'm not saying they have any intention of executing the order.
Not good for the everyday trader because they would panic and ST would be triggered galore, but it would be priceless if someone came right over them and made them own the stock, and have to pay up. Suppose that's not an option, hence, smart money. These guys could cross a highway blind folded and be ok. lol
