I'm trying not to be disparaging of the lack of effort people put into posts apparently criticizing the company and management for lack of information.

If you bother to go to the company's website and look at the information they have released you will find they have done more than once what you accuse them not having done. The figures in these will be slightly out of date and the company will obviously have updated figures in their presentations. There is plenty of evidence there of the company's marketing efforts and I'm sure they continue to do their marketing as they have told us even though they don't ring you personally each week to report their efforts and ask for feedback.

So go and do some work and see what the company has already done before you make uninformed statements please.
