Wgjroberson, in response to your post "and if it does make it through, will it change anything.", the way Lee positioned it last week was that the funds from PNG would be used to set up tooling for production. So, yes, I believe it would change things as the Company could then potentially service the smaller orders agregated together.
In speaking with Lee last week, he appeared as (and I dare so far more than all of us) frustrated as us at the PNG delay.
