FOUR MILE ? NATIVE TITLE LITIGATION
The Honorable Justice White of the Supreme Court of South Australia yesterday handed down judgment allowing Alliance Craton Explorer Pty Ltd?s (ACE) application for production of communications between Quasar Resources Pty Ltd (Quasar) and Heathgate Resources Pty Ltd (Heathgate) and their legal advisors in relation to the negotiation of the native title mining agreement executed by Quasar, Heathgate and the Adnyamathanha Traditional Lands Association on 11 June 2009 and ordered Quasar and Heathgate to produce those documents dated on or before 11 June 2009 to ACE.
