OK Warnie, this is a hard one, but let me try:
- the number of people struggling on repayments is increasing
- presumably, some of those will decide to sell based on the struggling
- this would increase properties on the market
- increase of supply, according to basic economics, results in decreased price
I hope the above research can contribute to my economics phd thesis, it was really complicated stuff.
