So now people think they're stupid along with it! (Advertising agencies tend too be run by smart a youngsters, or pony- tailed trendies - so all ads pertaing to them portray them as dithering idiots who can hardly string two words together.
Gillard is "leading" us down her road - not "our" road. We are to march to her tune. She will not broach any alternate opinion. Her arrogance is breathtaking. And thereby is the huge worry!
She hugely over inflates Australia's position in her view of the world scheme of things. Perhaps she should travel more! She is interested in Julia Gillard and her extended tenure in the Lodge. If that is her main ambition, then we are all down the tube. For she cares little for us, beyond throwing us a lump of money occasionally. a bit likegiving peanuts to monkeys. Keeps us quiet for a while.
And she gabbles on about her "courage" re. CArbon TAx, Mining TAx, etc. Well, it would be more courageous of her to admit the people have a right to vote on the Carbon Tax she said we weren't going to get (there WOULD be a civil war if it had been Howard doing this!) Failing allowing us our democratic right in the face of her bald-face lie - (which she did the night she lied just prior to the election - as we went to the polls armed with false information) she should then have the courage to resign, call the removal truck - and butt out of our lives.
A company board can vote off a grossly inept CEO - or a board member - hopefully for the shareholders' benefit. This is done, usually fast, so the least damage is done.
Yet a country has to endure a highly inept "leader" - who is leading them down the garden path on the road to ruin. And the head nodders ehind Julia hang on for grim death - as they want their Ministerial perks and kudos. No back bench or Opposition for them! What, then, are THEIR values?
Brown (soon to be Deputy PM) wants to cut out the whole coal mining industry! She has kow-towed to him and his loony brood to keep herself in place. Anyone with real courage would tell him to go to a taxidermist and undergo their procedure! And would never have gone into that "marriage."
No one says Abbott is the be all end all. He has to show us he is - on the real battlefield of Government - and he did very well during the election campaign - at least, and his family, have dignity. IF we have an election soon - and he doesn't shape up - in three years time we can vote him out.
But to wait another two/half years to get rid of the Gillard/Brown combo is disastrous for our country. Despite the fact that the Left media still light their candles at Labor's altar. (Are they deaf, dumb, and blind?? Are THEY patriots?)
Gillard, and Labor, and Brown and Co. are now dictating to us how it will be. And denying us our rights. Other countries are getting rid of the dictators - finally. How many years do we have to put up with the ongoing effects of the great Gillard lie before we also revolt. Not with tanks and guns - but with our vocal protests, and lobbying, and e-mails and letters. And rallies.
But Labor have the might and money of the Unions behind them. It is not easy.
BTW - 30,000 double votes in the recent election - (dead people enrolled??) Yes they are only investigating 19 people so far at present. Have heard little of this).
WHITLAM WENT - because his financial management went rotten. If he'd stayed another few years - was a disaster that would have been.
So speak up Australia - our voices are the only weapons we've got. This country's future is under dire threat - and seems not a darn thing we can do, but try to have our opinions heard.
