Agree and disagree.

Simple fact is that many of the big boys would not even know this story exists....

Once the permit is in and some more capex in the bag, this play is de risked entirely....

Nonetheless, we small investors have more investment flexibility than the 'smart money' and arguably better able to assess risk in these small cap opportunities....(I prefer 'big' to 'smart' - trust me a lot of these people are far from smart - even if good sales people).

Simple fact is the so called efficient market hypothesis doesn't come close to holiding true in this end of the market - that is why super normal profits can and are made.

PEN as many others have said, has done everythoing it has said it would - and more imo - hard to fault either the projects or management thus far...

If you believe U3O8 has a future hard to see a better play than PEN.

I hold PENOA btw, but would buy PENOC if I were a new entrant.
