    Excuse my ignorance?? But I am at a loss at finding a mention of The words "over-subscribed" in the context of this CR or that there were more buyers wanting to buy than there were available shares at the issue price in any of the Company announcements or correspondence?? I am more than happy to be proven wrong..Please Explain
