Yes the artillery was effective but it is well known that the Australian infantry did there fair share of damage.
Yes the Vietcong may have wiped the Australians out but gee I guess that comes with 120 Aussies up against a 1500-3000 Vietcong depending on what you read.
You have to show me where the SAS has said the Indonesians where the best they came across,What battle where they referring to for them come to that conclusion,and don't be stupid enough to say East Timor!
