True enough - but the Bible, in all its many, many versions, has had over 1650 years at the very least (since Nicaea), of grand publicity (including inquisitions, assorted persecutions, burnings, religious wars et al - without even contemplating school indoctrinations of children).

The first printing of The Crucifixion of Truth occured year (2005).

Wonder how the Bible sales stood after it's first 12 weeks?
