Hi Junglewoman, I can see you haven't got too much assistance so far so I will try and help. As a male I would like some spicy choritzo and some calamari,maybe some marinated octopus? I know they are more of an entree but I'm sure you could give them the Tapas twist. What ever you decide on serve it with some good bread,dips and olives and it will all be good.Cheers.
