Call it downramping or whatever you like, another scenario could be the soph's will sell on the demand created by retail investors in anticipation of the Nasdaq listing.The company's initial approach for the Nasdaq listing was access to the capital markets to raise funds. The funds have now been raised???? at a higher price than when the word Nasdaq was first mention. Will the company pull the listing once the spp is done and dusted and have a legitimate reason as specs usually do. OMO Goodluck with it.
