Yes, back in the 80's and 90's when cassettes and CD's were a big thing.
These days, they are seen as a cheap, no-frills supplier of electrical items, with DVD's and Blurays as a side show.
What happens when someone else comes along who is able to supply the goods even cheaper? Someone else who is even cheaper with even less frills? That is what is happening right now with on-line retail.
Customers who shop only on price have no loyalty. JBH will now struggle to keep those customers. This type of customer will leave just as quickly as they came. It's the flaw in JBH's business model that they never saw coming.
