    "Growth"

Have to love this word "growth"

Why do people think that this thing "growth" can go on for ever.

Australians are far more able to be financially comfortable now than we were 25 years ago. Where does it all end.

How much money goes down the gurglar every day from what 2011 Australians now consider "necessities".

Put a $ amount on what needless mobile phone activity sucks up in one day! Particularly from the young.

Why does your kid need a mobile phone through school years?

The party is over, get used to it, we opened our borders and as workers we are now competing with third world labour costs.

Soon as this mining boom cools or busts we are absolutely SHOT. Look out below.

Someone above said should we also let our farmers go to the wall like other non productive activities, well wake up, where have you been hiding! How many dairy farms for one example have shut up shop?

Regarding decent political leadership/vision: In W.A. they are again talking about taking water from the South West aquifer to feed Perth. Massive amounts of rivergums are dead along the creek lines in the south west already, every two bit would-be metro vigneron had dug a massive dam on his weekend south west retreat.

Why don't we bite the bullet and bring water from the north? How much land could we open up for agriculture if we did this? Go for it Colin Barnett, don't take too much advice from uni graduate experts, they learn a lot but know very little.

David you are on the money with your idea about the monster company's and how much damage they are doing. Look what Goldmans and the others have done to the world in recent years with their allegedly legal scams, I would like to vent my true feelings on the big people behind these organisations but i may get banned if I did.

Who amongst have rooted for a chinese takeover of one company or another just because they have a few bucks tied up in the stock? Why sell everything we have, this is our
    country!

Someone said: "look for and buy australian" well the average aussie these days is too self centred and couldn't give a damn.

They will just buy the cheapest piece of junk or imported produce without blinking an eye.

Earning over $200,000 and struggling to get ahead one poster wrote lol - see what I mean! How much is enough?

Sorry for being a bit negative with my rant.
