I didn't actually say that - please read it closely.

Women apply makeup for a variety of reasons - what I am saying is that by that application they will attract males (and some females) - regardless of the reason.

Many women say they wear makeup to make them feel good, to feel attractive even if they are alone - but the action is still the action. If they are going out in public then they are going to be more attractive - end of story. Just what do they expect to attract?

Their actions are as I stated - planned, executed and culpable. And for this they bear no responsibility.
