    Are you speaking from a US or Aussie point of view?

    I am an ex farmer amongst other things so am interested in what you say.

    Australian farming land has always been extremely cheap compared to the US or Europe but of course we have not had the subsidies they enjoy.

    After something like 20 years of falling terms of trade the last few years have been better for farmers here despite the usual droughts and pestilence.

    This could be just a blip up but it does fit with my longer trem cyclical expectations of a major turn around.
