I am fully aware of what Cate Blanchett has done over the years. She has spent a lot of money on her Hunters Hill mansion to save carbon emissions. She has also obtained government grants to make the Sydney Theatre company produce less emissions. No doubt she has done other things as well.

I have a photo at home of Cate posing immaculately in a Valentino dress as she walked the red carpet at an award ceremony. I would like to know how many emissions were produced for her to do this.
She seems a bit like multi millionaire Al Gore. That is why I question why she is the right person to be featured in an ad targeted to average Australians.
