It still is a business Rob - we may care, but the rent is due when it is due. What I hate is having to chase someone for money - if renters are going to have a short term problem then they need to contact their landlord. We are not ogre's despite what many here think and we will endeavor to work something out. Many will be helpful for a good tenant, but obviously their ability will be constrained by their own personal financial circumstances.
