    $5000/acre??
    i get $650/acre from this deal with the bonus being the actual partners they have on board.
    no wells drilled yet by Osage in these acres so not a bad price for acres not yet proved and definitely more than likely JV deal at more than they paid for these acres.

    you may be right polypectomy, just cant see the $5000/acre price tag.
