Hi Jovanco. Thanks so much for your post! My partner gave me "hell" over the weekend for trying to "low ball" the owners but I said look at the facts and go and read the great posts on hc which show us all where the market is going. But of course the partner/girlfriend/wife always wants a BBD. Big Better Deal. Thus the pressure is moutning to bid up but not going to happen I said... my sex life could now be taking a turn for the worst. I am sure many men have to deal with the pressures of the partners!
